深圳市邦凯电子有限公司成立于1999年11月，位于深圳市宝安区龙华镇大浪村华荣路鸿富工业区邦凯科技工业园。公司现有工程技术人员、管理人员和生产人员近4000人，是一家集锂离子二次电池研发、生产和销售于一体的高新技术企业。邦凯电子是深圳乃至世界锂电行业具有影响力的制造商，旗下拥有BK（邦凯）、Encel（英赛尔）两大知名锂电品牌，三大系列产品：液态锂电、聚合物锂电、锂铁磷酸盐动力电池。产品遍及欧美、中东及东南亚等市场，实现年销售收入逾五亿元。
Shenzhen Bangkai Electronics Co., Ltd was established in November，1999, It is in Bangkai Technology industrial park of Hongfu which is in Huarong road, Dalang country, Longhua town, Bao'an District, Shenzhen .It has 4000 people whom working in Instruction technology members, management and Production. Is a lithium-ion battery research and development, production and sales in one of the high-tech enterprises. Bangkai Electronics is famous lithium-ion battery producer in both shenzhen and world. it include BK, Encel products and it has three form produce: lithium ion battery, polymer lithium ion battery, lithium iron phosphate hot power battery. Products throughout Europe and the United States, the Middle East and Southeast Asia markets, to achieve annual sales of more than ￥500,000,000.

邦凯电子从成立伊始就将产品研发的重点放在了锂离子高能电池上，斥巨资建立了邦凯技术研发中心，开发出了多种锂离子电池新产品。2004年以来邦凯又相继推出了能量更足、性能更优越的聚合物锂离子电池。

2005年成功研发并投入国际市场的锂铁磷酸盐动力电池则是其研制的第四代产品，获得了国内外市场的一致认可。公司坚持以品质引领市场，先后通过了ISO9000质量体系认证、ISO14000环境体系认证、美国UL认证、欧盟CE认证，2006年3月又通过了ROSH认证。现月产量达750万只，聚合物电池的产销量已处于国内聚合物电池龙头地位，并且每年以30%的速度快速增长。目前，公司综合实力在中国锂电池行业领先，也是全球电池行业的重要制造商之一。2006年底，邦凯工业园项目正式启动。工业园投资人民币3亿元，园区面积13万平方米，建筑面积19万平方米。预计建成后的邦凯工业园，将日产电池100万块；年产锂离子电池3亿块以上；年销售收入30-50亿元；实现利税8亿元！2007年邦凯工业园项目动工建设中，邦凯上市工作稳步进行中。2008年10月荣获“广东省著名商标”称号。

2007 year Bangkai Industrial Park project to start construction, It listed on the steady work in progress. Bangkai win the famous brand of Guangdong province in Oct, 2008.
