1. We solicit policies from licensed life insurance agents, life settlement brokers, and licensed financial professionals. We have currently contracted 280 MGAs, BGAs, Life Agents, and Life Settlement Brokers. Each submitting office is required to sign and executes a Life Settlement Case Submission Agreement (CSA) that spells out the guidelines for market conduct, representation and warrantees, and commission levels.
