The deposit-retarding barrier that Power Plus+ lays down on the combustion chamber and spark plug surface has a distinctive reddish brown color as shown in Photo E. This looks somewhat like a stain, or to someone unfamiliar with the product, it may appear to be rust. This coloration is noticeable when pulling spark plugs.
